Big Shoes Network is a word-of-mouth marketing/communications job listing e-mail of more than 4,000 recipients that prides itself on personalized service. An array of new tools were built, such as an automated, customized e-mail system, two banner ad submission systems, a resource directory and an automated job posting and searching engine. All tools are driven by a CSS-based, client-managed site.
