Lane E. Sieman, Vice President
Lane has over 25 years of experience in executive leadership, operations and business development with institutional and retail pharmacies. He has held positions with both regional and national pharmacy companies with full P&L responsibility for multistate operations. He also founded and served as CEO of a pharmacy services company that grew to 11 locations in 6 Midwestern states that exclusively served long-term care organizations. His expertise in institutional pharmacy management, his understanding of the regulatory environment, and his support of innovative technology combine to provide a seasoned partner for long-term care facility owners and managers. Lane is committed to forming both a clinical and business partnership with Surety Pro Pharmacy’s clients.
George B. Robbins, Director of Pharmacy
George has over 30 years of experience managing pharmacy operations. His broad base of experience includes clinical and management positions in home care (home infusion therapy), acute care and rehabilitation hospitals and skilled nursing settings, as well as major retail pharmacies. And as Director of Pharmacy Services for a medication management firm, he transitioned pharmacy operations at contracted facilities. He understands the challenges and opportunities involved when facilities change pharmacy partners. George served on various councils that addressed pharmacy practice standards, professional education and competency. His compliance experience includes facility review for JCAHO. This diverse background has allowed George to develop strong clinical skills, attentive customer service and a commitment to collaboration with other disciplines.
Margaret A. Dare, Pharmacist
Margaret offers over 30 years of healthcare experience in long-term care facilities, hospitals and retail settings. Most recently, she provided operational and technical support, as well as staffing as a pharmacist, to a pharmacy serving over 3000 assisted living, group home and community support residents. She has also served as senior pharmacist for two different long-term care communities that included both assisted living and nursing home beds. She is proficient in the design and implementation of best practices and experienced in the development of training programs. Margaret is exceptionally skilled at integrating technology with business processes to maximize efficiencies, minimize costs and reduce errors. Her experience includes the successful computer conversion for a multistate healthcare group with 28 pharmacy locations, audits of information systems and development of automation strategies. She is a strong partner to organizations interested in using technology to implement quality strategies.
