Clinical Pharmacist Consulting

Surety Pro Consultant Pharmacists are specially trained to help you effectively manage outcomes and costs. Your Surety Pro Consultant Pharmacist is a member of your facility's team and will provide:

• Regularly scheduled drug regimen reviews,
• Audits of on-site medication storage,
• Scheduled med pass reviews,
• Training in proper medication administration,
• Medication information support to nursing staff.

Expect the pharmacist to participate in appropriate facility meetings as well as perform other clinical duties needed to ensure compliance with all state and federal pharmaceutical related regulations. Through our Theraputic Interchange program, we help skilled nursing facilities manage the costs associated with Medicare Part A patients. Our Technology

Surety Pro Pharmacy's WebConnect provides easy-to-use, direct pharmacy connectivity with our long-term care facilities through a secure electronic link. Facility staff can order new medications, refill prescriptions, add or update patient information, or print refill reports, med sheets, forms, charts or delivery sheets, all electronically. Nursing staff can check for food and drug interactions. A wireless scanner eliminates the need to manually enter order data. Only authorized personnel can access sensitive patient information so privacy is maintained. You'll find convenience, privacy and a wealth of information to help you manage resident care.

As the long-term care environment becomes increasingly complex, technology is playing an increasing role in meeting the needs of your residents. Surety Pro Pharmacy also supports its facilities with the ability to interface its pharmacy system with a variety of leading eMAR applications. This interface with your eMAR system helps decrease medication errors, saves nursing time, and provides an overall increase in quality of care.
